At Palmora Society, we aim to deliver your orders promptly and transparently. Please review our shipping practices below before placing your order.
Order Processing Time
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays). You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details as soon as your package has been dispatched.
Order Cut-Off Time
Orders placed before 6:00 PM (EST) on a business day will begin processing the same day or next business day. Orders placed after 6:00 PM EST or over the weekend will begin processing on the following business day.
Pre-Order Items
Items marked as "Pre-Order" require an additional processing time of 8–10 business days prior to dispatch. If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, the entire order will ship together once all items become available.
Estimated Shipping & Delivery Timeframes
Standard Shipping: 10–15 business days following dispatch.
Delivery estimates are subject to carrier processing, regional customs delays, or extreme weather conditions.
Shipping Rates
We offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders. No minimum purchase amount is required. Any optional expedited shipping charges (if available) will be explicitly displayed at checkout prior to final payment.
Order Tracking
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email. Tracking details generally update within 2–3 business days following dispatch.
Address Changes and Corrections
Address modifications can be requested within 1 hour of placing the order by emailing contact@palmorasociety.com. Once an order enters processing or has shipped, the address cannot be altered. In cases where packages are returned or rejected due to inaccurate address details, a 15% reshipment fee applies.
Sales Tax and Import Duties
Applicable U.S. sales tax will be calculated and collected at checkout based on state and local tax regulations. For international destinations outside the United States, import duties, tariffs, and customs taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
